Condom Usage

LifeStyles premium quality latex and polyisoprene condoms are individually tested for reliability and safety. Although no prophylactic or contraceptive can guarantee 100% effectiveness, proper use of LifeStyles condoms will help reduce the risk of transmission of HIV (AIDS) and many other sexually transmissible infections, as well as guarding against unwanted pregnancy, without the serious side effects sometimes associated with some other methods. Condoms are primarily intended for use in vaginal intercourse. Although other uses can increase the potential for breakage, condoms remain the best form of protection against sexually transmitted infections, including HIV (AIDS).

1: For maximum Protection, Follow Instructions

(1)   Check expiry date and carefully open foil. Put condom on before any genital contact. (2)   Put condom on erect penis and place ring facing outward, so condom will unroll properly. (3)   Pinch the tip of condom lightly before placing it on penis. With your other hand, unroll it right down to the base of the penis. (4)   You may put a few drops of water or silicone-based lubricant outside and/or inside the condom. Never use oil-based lubricants, such as petroleum jelly, mineral or vegetable oil, and cold cream, as these may damage the condom. (5)   After ejaculation, withdraw while penis is still hard, holding the base of the condom. (6)   Store condoms in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.   DO NOT FLUSH CONDOMS DOWN THE TOILET. NEVER RE-USE A CONDOM.

2: Natural Rubber Latex

Apart from LifeStyles SKYN condoms, all other LifeStyles condoms contain natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions.

Top

3: Polyisoprene

LifeStyles SKYN polyisoprene condoms do not contain natural rubber latex and are a suitable choice for people with a known or suspected allergy to it.

4: LifeStyles Spermicidally Lubricated Condoms

This product combines a latex condom and a spermicidal lubricant. The spermicide Nonoxynol-9 reduces the number of active sperm thereby decreasing the risk of pregnancy if you lose erection before withdrawal and some semen spills outside the condom. However, the extent of decreased risk has not been established. This condom should not be used as a substitute for the combined use of vaginal spermicide and a condom. Active ingredient: Nonoxynol 9 (25 mg minimum).

5: LifeStyles Endurance Condoms

Premature ejaculation may be due to a condition requiring medical supervision. If this product is used as directed and does not provide relief, discontinue use and consult a physician. Avoid contact with eyes. If either partner develops a rash or irritation, such as burning or itching, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms persist, consult a physician. Wash off lubricant after intercourse. Active ingredient: Benzocaine (4.5%). IF BURNING OR IRRITATION IS EXPERIENCED, DISCONTINUE USE. Some users may be sensitive to spermicide or other lubricants. Medication applied to either penis or vagina may affect the condom. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist.

1. How information is collected from You and Why.

As with most websites, Ansell tracks information in two ways. There is voluntary information that we request, and information that we track passively. We actively solicit information from you at our “Contact us” page.  We collect e-mail addresses, to help us provide you with better products. Information is also requested when you purchase condoms on line.  We may ask during those processes for additional information not required to complete your request. Optional information will be noted at the specific area.  If you decide not to provide us with the required information, we will be unable to process your request. For example, if you do not provide us with your mailing address, we will not be able to process your purchase. In order to properly maintain our site, we (like all sites on the Internet) passively track navigational information through, for example, use of cookies and by assigning Internet tags. These passive information tracking mechanisms are used to create log files, in which we record IP addresses, browser types, referring and exit pages, platform type, and other non-personally identifiable information that is useful for administering our web site.
